Headline lock: Every Prompt body must include the primary headline in straight double quotes, spelled exactly as in the Copy Brief. Layout grammars that fragment letterforms still spell the full string across the frame.
Core Philosophy
1. Treatment, Subject Grammar, and Typography Are Separate Layers
Treatment from the treatment anchor — palette grammar, light mood, grade, material sensibility, signature detail. Subject grammar from the reference — silhouette, object, figure identity — but pose, angle, scale, and crop vary every slot (reference supplies identity, not pose). Typography from the Copy Brief plus graphic voice — display type burned into the print, never overlaid as UI.
2. Output Contract Before Prompt
State locked treatment threads, headline lock, and licensed variation axes before writing the twelve entries.
3. Twelve Graphic Voices, Twelve Layouts, Twelve Formats, One Treatment Voice
The set must survive a grid test: shared palette grammar or light mood from the reference — while each slot is instantly a different graphic voice, different catalog layout, different format, and different print-production voice.
4. Treatment Threads vs. Graphic Variation
Threads (repeat across the set):

- One light mood expressed through each voice's staging

Every Prompt must read like a photographed or scanned printed artefact, not a clean digital render with floating type. Never write the word 4K inside any Prompt body — use risograph, letterpress, screenprint, flatbed scan instead. Never use em dash (—) in Prompt bodies — use commas, colons, or periods instead.
6. Reference Stack Plus Prompt Per Slot
Each section 6 entry: Graphic Voice, Format, Layout, Structure, Reference stack, Prompt. Required in every Prompt body: explicit 9:16, 3:4, or 2:3, catalog layout name, quoted primary headline, display typography directive, layout regions, palette lock, print texture, finish close.
7. Compose Like an Art Director, Not an Algorithm
No more than two of twelve may use identical headline placement (e.g. all bottom-edge). Layout catalog drives typographic geometry; graphic voice catalog drives staging, palette blocks, and world feel. Format catalog drives poster vs. cover reading order.
